Tubular Frame Doors

NovoFire^® Steel is based on steel profiles with a basic depth of 65 mm and a material thickness of 1.8 mm. The series is characterized by reliable fire and/ or smoke protection (depending on the version) as well as many application possibilities, flexible configuration and easy installation.

NovoFire^® Steel T30 (EI 30 S₂₀₀ C5)

The NovoFire^® Steel system is based on a steel profile construction and meets all current fire and smoke protection requirements, thanks in part to the intumescent “Promasealstreifen” integrated into the rubber profile of the door rebate. The fully tested doors and wall elements guarantee a 30-minute fire resistance period and prevent the uncontrolled spread of fire and smoke for this period.

The perforated structure in the profile groove minimizes warpage (bi-metal effect), which leads to good dimensional stability in the event of fire.

T30 (EI 30 S₂₀₀ C5) is characterized by other application possibilities such as automation, anitpanic functions, access control or sound insulation.

NovoFire^® Steel RS (S₂₀₀) is a smoke protection system made of steel, which successfully prevents the passage of smoke and provides a safe room closure. The complete system is tested according to DIN 18095 and DIN EN1634-3. Thanks to the large number of tested equipment components, it is possible to build individual multifunctional doors that meet a wide range of building safety and automation requirements.

NovoFire^® Steel RS doors are available in 1- or 2-leaf versions and can be optionally combined with side panels and fanlights.

Assembly:

• Quick assembly of the fittings by means of multifunctional groove and clamping block
• Subsequent fine adjustment of the fittings is possible

As a system that can be flexibly adapted to the respective security requirements with the right equipment components, NovoFire^® Aluminium rounds off the Novoferm door range for delivery “from a single source”.

The system is based on stable NovoFire^® hollow profiles (4 mm wall thickness, 74 mm basic depth), is suitable for generous clear passage dimensions and can be integrated into different system walls with the aid of the system frame.
